The ethical dilemma I am choosing is a dilemma in a process strategy.

Many firms face a dilemma with regards to their process and the dilemma is whether to focus on market infiltration or to focus on satisfying the various needs of customers. This dilemma is common to a company that is expanding globally and has to provide for the various needs and choices of customers across the globe.

I will use the Christian principle by striving to give the highest level of customer service by introducing the necessary changes in the processes in the organization regarding the varied requirements of the customers. Not only will that but the organization has to be honest with customers.

I am using the utilitarianism ethical theory to frame the issue. There will be a focus on achieving overall satisfaction for all stakeholders of the organization. The actions of the organization will be decided on the basis of the consequences of the actions being pursued by it. The consequences are the amount of pleasure or pain that the action brings about.
