Advertisement is a paid form of communication from the organisation direct towards the consumers. It is used by the brands to enhance their brand value, increasing customer loyalty, brand awareness and ultimately, the sales and thus profits, whereas, a comment from a regular consumer will be genuine non-paid content. That comment will be based on that consumers personal experience with the brand, therefore, that comment is given more value and weightage by other consumers because they know that the advertisement which they see regularly is surely be made by the organisation itself.
