The elements choosing the measure of viatical settlement are the future of the insured individual and the financing cost for limiting. This isn't a moral exchange as it basically includes estimating on the passing of an individual. The more extended the future, the less expensive arrangement cost and since the future is obscure, this is one of the most bleak exchange.
