Microscopic organisms would be difficult to study genetics on because it is very hard to tell what trait are similar and which are different.

Humans. Pea plants are easy to study genetics on for their diversity because they are easy to breed and do not take a long time to reproduce. Humans would be difficult to study genetics on because a study like that would take generations.
