Mr. Wells told his students that the Water cycle DOES have a clear beginning and a clear end. Mrs. Meador disagrees with him and says the Water Cycle DOES NOT have a clear beginning and end. Who do you agree with and WHY?

    Mrs Meador, because the water cycle is continuous and therefore has no clear end or beginning
