The solutions of some molecular compounds are good conductors of electricity. explain how this can be true when ions are required to conduct electricity

    When ions are present in a solution, they can conduct electricty cause they carry charges.

    molecular compounds can dissolve in water and break apart into ions. water is polar so it attracts the ions and breaks bonds that are formed with molecules, so molecules break apart
