When pepsin is at rate of 1.5, it is in its stage which is known to be the most active while Lipase it does not react at a rate of 1.5.

At a pH value of 0 to 4 and 12 to 14 lipase will likely not work because there is no activity. Pepsin while at pH value of 5 to 14 will not work reason being that there is no activity which is taking place.

Pepsin is termed as the endo. peptidase which breaks protein to peptides which are small.

It is the only enzyme which is found in the digestive system and being produced in the stomach.

Lipase is located in the stomach and the proteins are made in the pancreas.
