    I would say D

Water evaporating is a physical change, from liquid to gas

Cloth tearing is a physical change, from a big piece of cloth to two smaller pieces

Wood forming sawdust when cut is physical change, wood going from a big piece into smaller pieces

Baking bread is chemical, when bread bakes it is changing the properties in the bread, giving off gas bubbles (cooking in general is a chemical change because you are changing the properties of the food)
