If an atom has 3 protons, 3 electrons and 2 neutrons, what is the atom's electrical charge?

    To know the charge of the atom given, we need to know the charges of the subatomic particles. Protons have positive charges, electrons have negative charges and lastly neutrons have no charges. So, you just have to add these charges up. Therefore, we have, 3 + - 3 + 0 = 0, neutral charge for the atom.
