    Option C = CH₃O

    Explanation:

CH₃O would not exist as a stable molecules because,

The in this compound oxygen is not stable.

In order to stable the oxygen carbon should form the double bond with oxygen. While the valency of carbon is four. It already form three bonds with three hydrogen atoms in this compound.

There is one electron left to form the bond with oxygen. So, there are not enough electrons which could bonded with oxygen and form stable compound.
