A variable or alteration to one part that affects an entire system

    Explanation:

Change in literal sense means the occurrence of some alteration or difference in a given object/situation/person etc. When we talk about physical and natural systems, then one can say that if a system shifts from one state to another then it has changed. The shift in the state means an alteration in its physical or chemical properties that occur in such a way that it causes a difference between the original state of the system to the final state. For example, if in a human body which is a natural system if the blood pressure drops then we can say that there is a change that took place.
