    First we calculate the molar mass of sodium acetate trihydtrate:

    CH3COONa. 3H2O

    = 12 + 3 + 12 + 2*16 + 23 + 6 + 3*16

    = 136 g.

    So 1 L of 1 M solution contains 136 g

    0.100 M solution will contain 13.6 g

    100 mL of 0.100 M solution contains 1.36 g.
