    There are a number of ways to express concentration of a solution. This includes molarity. Molarity is expressed as the number of moles of solute per volume of the solution. We calculate as follows:

    0.050 M = 0.050 mol / L solution

    Moles Ba (OH) 2 = 0.050 mol / L solution (1 L solution) = 0.050 mol Ba (OH) 2
