    Using the general gas equation to solve for the new volume we obtain:

    P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

    (103860x25) / 298 = 101325xV2 / 273

    298x101325xV2 = 103860x25x273

    Divide both side by 298x101325

    V2 = (103860x25x273) / (298x101325)

    V2 = 23.5cm^3
