    The oven cleaner has [H⁺ (aq) ] as 1.0 x 10⁻¹² M. hence the pH of the solution can be calculated by using the equation, pH = - log₁₀[H⁺ (aq) ]

    hence, pH = - log₁₀ (1.0 x 10⁻¹² M)

    = 12

    Since pH + pOH = 14

    12 + pOH = 14

    pOH = 2

    pOH = - log₁₀[OH⁻ (aq) ]

    2 = - log₁₀[OH⁻ (aq) ]

    [OH⁻ (aq) ] = 1.0 x 10⁻² M

    Hence the [OH⁻] in oven cleaner is 1.0 x 10⁻² M
