The charge on each oxygen atom is - 2 while overall charge is - 6.

    Explanation:

    Single replacement:

It is the reaction in which one elements replace the other element in compound.

    AB + C → AC + B

    Chemical equation:

    FeCl₃ + O₂ → Fe₂O₃ + Cl₂

    Balanced Chemical equation:

    4FeCl₃ + 3O₂ → 2Fe₂O₃ + 6Cl₂

This is the example of single displacement reaction. Oxygen displace the chlorine from iron and get combine with it.

The charge on each oxygen atom is - 2 while on each iron atom is + 3. Thus overall charge on three oxygen atom is - 6 while overall charge on iron atom is + 6. Thus overall compound will be neutral.
