    Answer: 30 liters

    Explanation:

    Given that,

    Original volume of gas (V1) = 35L

    Original temperature of gas (T1) = 75°C

[Convert 75°C to Kelvin by adding 273

    75°C + 273 = 348K]

    New volume of gas (V2) = ?

    New temperature of gas (T2) = 25°C

[Convert 25°C to Kelvin by adding 273

    25°C + 273 = 298K]

Since volume and temperature are given while pressure is held constant, apply the formula for Charle's law

    V1/T1 = V2/T2

    35L/348K = V2/298K

To get the value of V2, cross multiply

    35L x 298K = 348K x V2

    10430L•K = 348K•V2

    Divide both sides by 348K

    10430L•K / 348K = 348K•V2/348K

    29.97 L = V2

Round the volume to the nearest whole number, So V2 becomes 30L

Thus, the new volume will be 30 liters
