Is a sour liquid with a pH of 5 acidic, base, or neutral?

    If it's pH 5, it's acidic. Anything under pH 7 (neutral) is acid and anything above is basic or alkaline. I'm not sure if it has to being sour is an acidic characteristic though. It might be
