    Percent Error = [ l (accepted value - experimental value) l / accepted value] x 100

    Percent Error = [l (3.54ml - 3.65ml) l / 3.54ml] x 100

    Percent Error = [ (.11) / 3.54ml] x 100

    Percent Error = [0.0310734463] x 100

    Percent Error = 3.11%

Note: the lines l l is absolute value that is why the. 11 is not negative. Also, I did not round until the end. Then I round to two decimal places like the numbers in the problem.
