At 25 degrees Celsius 12M H2O2 is decomposed. After 30 minutes the concentration of the H2O2 is found to be 9.5M. What is the average reaction rate for this decomposition reaction? I did it and got 0.083, just wanted to check to make sure I did it right.

Yes you got the magnitude (value) right. Assuming a first-order reaction. The rate is equal to the change in concentration over change in time. Since the concentration is decreasing, we are expecting a negative value. A value of - 0.0833 mol / L-min (moles per liter per minute) is the rate.
