    Explanation: According to the kinetic Molecular theory of ideal gases, There are no inter molecular forces (attraction or repulsion) between gas particles of an ideal gas because it is assumed that ideal gases are constantly in random motion with each particles moving independently of the motion of other particles which bounce off each other upon collision.

    Deviations to this assumptions occur at low pressures and high temperatures where ideal gases behave like real gases and exhibit forces of attraction between particles, a reason for gases condensing to liquids.
