Give the reaction for the dissolution of the salt in water. (use the lowest possible coefficients. include states-of-matter under the given conditions in your answer.)

    When salt is mixed in water, salt will just dissolves in water and no chemical reaction occurs, because water molecule is polar and it pulls out the sodium and chlorine ions and when it fully dissolve the water and salt solution is full of sodium and chlorine ions.
