    = 75 mL

    Explanation;

    The SV is calculated by subtracting the ESV from the EDV. You are comparing the volume of the ventricle at its fullest to its emptiest.

    Therefore;

    Since diastolic volume is 135 mL/beat and systolic volume is 60 mL/beat

    Thus; stroke volume = 135 mL/beat - 65 mL/beat

    = 75 mL/beat
