If a container has a volume of 8.00 L of helium at 20.0oC and a pressure at 3.0 atm, what is the new temperature of this gas when the volume is 4.3 L at a pressure of 1.2 atm?

    P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

    T2 = P2V2T1/P1V1

    = 1.2*4.3*20/3*8 = 4.3
