    The reaction between NaOH and HCl takes place as shown by the equation;

    NaOH (aq) + 2HCl (aq) = NaCl (aq) + H2O (l)

    The moles of NaOH that reacted will be given;

    = 1.1/40 = 0.0275 Moles

    The mole ratio is 1 : 2

    Therefore; the number of moles of HCl will be;

    = 0.0275 moles * 2 = 0.055 moles

    The molarity or concentration of HCl will be;

    0.055 / 0.444 = 0.1239 M

    Therefore, the concentration of HCl is 0.124 M
