How is the rate of evaporation of a liquid affected by (a) temperature, (b) the surface area of liquid exposed to air, (c) intermolecular forces?

    Higher Temperature = Higher Rate

    B: S urface Area

    More S urface Area = Higher Rate

    C: IMF's (intermolecular forces)

    More/Stronger IMF's = Lower Rate

    Less/weaker IMF's = Higher Rate
