    PV = nRT is the ideal gas law.

    Solve for P to get P = nRT/V

    P = (9750 moles x (0.0821 L x atm/K x moles) x 308 K) / 1650 L

    P = ? atm

    Use the conversion between atm and PSI to get your answer.
