A mineral sample has a mass of 4.2 grams and a volume of 2 milliliters what is the density of the mineral?

    So density = mass : volume

    ∴ if mass of minerals = 4.2 g and volume = 2 ml

    then density of mineral = 4.2 g : 2 ml

    = 2.1 g / ml
