The weight fraction of chlorobenzene is 0.01138.

The concentration of C₆H₅Cl is 100 mol/m³

Moles of C₆H₅Cl / volume of solution = 100 mol/m³

Moles of C₆H₅Cl = 100 mol

Mass of C₆H₅Cl = moles * molecular weight

    = 100 mol * 112.56 g/mol = 11256 g * 1 kg / 1000 g = 11.256 kg

    Mass of solution = density * volume = 1 * 1000 = 1000 Kg

Mass of solvent = Mass of solution - Mass of C₆H₅Cl

    = 1000 - 11.256 = 988.744 Kg

Now, the weight fraction of chlorobenzene = Mass of C₆H₅Cl / Mass of solvent

    = 112.56 / 988.744 = 0.01138
