    no of moles = volume in cm3 x concentration in mol/dm3 or M

    1000

    no of moles = mass

    molar mass

    mass

    molar mass = vol x con

    1000

    molar mass of ca (oh) 2 = 74 g/mol

    4.9 = vol x 3.8

    74. 1000

    = 17.42 g
