Exothermic reactions are ones that releases energy.

Vaporization is when a material is heated up and turned into a gas, so it would not be.

Sublimation is when a material goes straight from solid to gas by absorbing energy, so it would not be either.

Fusion is when something goes from solid to liquid by absorbing heat, so it would also not be either.

Condensation is when a material goes from gas to liquid by releasing energy, so it would be.

Freezing is when a material goes from liquid to solid by releasing enery, so it would be too.

So condensation and freezing are exothermic.
