What element has only two half-filled orbitals in the 3d sublevel?

    I'm not sure, but I think its Vandium.

    It's either Nickel or Titanium.

    Ti ends in 3d2, 2 1/2filled d orbitals

    Ni ends in 3d8, with the last 2 d orbitals being 1/2 filled

    Ge and Si have full d orbitals
