    This solution is made in two steps,

    Step 1: Calculations:

    Calculate the amount of KOH in grams required to prepare 5 L solution of 6 Molarity.

    As, Molarity = Mass / M. mass * 1 / V

    Solving for Mass,

    Mass = Molarity * M. mass * Volume

    Mass = 6 mol L⁻¹ * 56.1 g mol⁻¹ * 5 L

    Mass = 1683 g of KOH

    Step 2: Prepare the solution:

    Take 5 L volumetric flask, wash it, dry it and add 1683 g of KOH in it. Then take distilled water and add it to volumetric flask containing KOH upto the mark of 5 Liter. Now the soulution formed has a volume of 5 Liter and its concentration is 6 M.
