    Hydrogen bonding, Electrostatic interactions, & Van der waals interactions all contribute to the intrinsic binding energy during enzymatic catalysis.

    Van der Waal interactions which is one of the strongest interactions after Hydrogen bond usually takes place occur between giant biological molecules like the, starch, glycerol propane 1,2,3 - triol. It usually lead to the attractive and repulsive characteristics of the electrons in the atoms of the giant molecules.

    Hydogen bond one of the strongest bond in molecules, it is also known as dipole - dipole interactions. it is usually formed between highly electronegative elements.
