What is the theoretical yield of aluminum oxide if 1.60mol of aluminum metal is exposed to 1.50mol of oxygen?

    We are given with the amounts of reactants to be used for the reaction given the chemical reaction of 4Al + 3O2 = 2Al2O3. We determine the limiting reactant between the two. Aluminum is 1.6/4 and oxygen is 1.5/3. The limiting reactant is aluminum. hence, we use this as basis of data, The aluminum oxide produced is 1.6 * (2/4) equal to 0.8 moles.
