    2 KOH + Cu (NO3) 2 = Cu (OH) 2 + 2 KNO 3

    KNO3 is highly soluble

    Cu (OH) 2 is insoluble

Then the precipitate is Cu (OH) 2, named Copper (II) hydroxide

The solubilities are found in tables.
