A substance is tested in a lab. It is found to maintain a unique shape and is a good conductor of electricity. If it is made up of electrons, protons, and neutrons, what state of matter is this substance most likely to be?

    If its made up of electrons, protons, and neurons, the state of matter in this substance is most likely to be : Solid

    we know that the substance

    - a good conductor (and most of good conductors are metals and almost all the metals are solid)

    - Could maintain a unique shape (gas technically does not have a shape and liquid's shape will be determined by the medium surrounding it)
