Non polar vitamins are vitamins that contain high amount of non polar hydrocarbon regions. These type of vitamins are insoluble in water because they are non polar. It is dangerous to consume larges doses of non polar vitamins because they will not be properly absorbed by the body tissues due to their insolubility. They may thus remain in the body for a long time and this also may generate negative health effects.
