    Acid rain has an acidic pH, that is, less than 7. However, 0 is too low of a pH for acid rain and is only found in some of the strongest of acids.

    Acid rain can cause some serious damage, but there isn't enough reason to think that normal acid rain could have a pH as low as 0. Normal rain water is somewhat acidic due to the carbon dioxide in the air (around 5-6 pH), so acid rain would most likely be around 4.
