    From the Charle's law the volume of a fixed mass of a gas is directly proportional to absolute temperature at constant pressure. Therefore, V/T is a constant, and hence, for two gases V1/T1 = V2/T2

    hence; temperature changes from (273+27) K to (273+127) K

    9 / 300 = V2/400

    V2 = 12 L

    Therefore, the final volume is 12 liters.
