Which of the DNA typing techniques do you think you would choose if you had to analyze a DNA sample? Why?

Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Analysis

I would use this technique because it allows you to make millions of precise DNA replications from 1 single sample of DNA. It also has the advantage of analyzing minuscule sample sizes, even if they are degraded although they must not be contaminated with DNA from other sources during the collection, storage, and transport of the sample.
