    Evaporation best describes the heating by convection.

    Explanation:

    In any reaction, there exists two components. One, the objects that are involved in the reaction, which we call a system, and the environment around us that we call the surrounding. In an endothermic reaction, the energy is absorbed from the surroundings by the system and vice versa in an exothermic reaction. In evaporation, the energy is absorbed in from the surrounding and this energy breaks the bond that holds the molecules together in a liquid which hence proves that it is indeed an endothermic reaction.
