What is the difference between a saturated and unsaturated fatty acid?

    Unsaturated fatty acid are those which contains double bond while saturated fatty acids doesn't contains any double bond that is they are saturated.

    So, unsaturated fatty acid differ from saturated fatty acid in its structure as it contains double bond while saturated fatty acid contains no double in its structure.
