The correct answer is - Hale.

If the weather is pretty hot, and clouds come, but not ordinary ones, instead clouds with freezing temperatures inside, than we can expect the occurrence of hale.

The hale appears usually in the summer. It is basically little balls of ice that have formed inside the cloud that has a very low temperature. The water vapor that condensates has turned into small drops of water, but as the temperatures in the cloud became very low, the small drops of water started freezing, merging, and expanding. They can be very little, like just 1 mm, or can be as big as 5-6 cm. Usually they are able to do a lot of damage, especially in the agriculture, but if they are large, they can also damage the houses, vehicles, and inflict damage to the people that were caught in the open by this type of precipitation.
