Of the two compounds sif4 and sf4, which is polar and which is nonpolar?

    SiF4 has a overall non polar bond because there will only be the same compound in the outer layer, what’s interesting is the internal bonds are polar in nature as the electronegative value difference is more than 0.5. SF4 have the bond polar in nature as the electronegative value difference is almost 3 and the electrons are not shared equally when represented in Lewis structure.
