The ice cube begins to melt into liquid and eventually reaches ice water equilibrium state if continuous heat is applied

    Explanation:

During heating, a dynamic equilibrium is formed where there is water melting and freezing at the same time. The phase transition from solid to liquid takes place where the temperature of the ice cube increases from - 10 degrees celsius to 0 degrees celsius and will not get hotter till the whole ice cube is melted down into liquid state.

If there is any pressure change within the system such that it is decreased below 0.006 atm and temperature increase above 0 degrees celsius the ice will transition from solid to vapour phase directly ignoring the liquid phase.
