    The answer is C. NaCl and Br2

    The correct answer is NaCl and Br2. Chlorine gas is more active than the bromine and for that reason, the bromine will be displaced by the chlorine that makes the solution turn to brown colour. This is one of the best example of "Halogen Displacement".
