Suppose you are assigned two unknowns, Compound A and Compound B. One unknown is a fat, while the other is an oil. You dissolve a small amount of Compound A in cyclohexane. After you add 4 drops of a cyclohexane solution containing bromine, the reaction mixture retains the bromine color. When you add the bromine solution to Compound B, the bromine color remains after you add 1 drop of the test solution. Which substance, A or B, is more likely to be an oil?
