Water enters the aquifer by the method of Percolation. So the correct option in regards in to the given question is option "B". he water from the surface slowly percolated down a winding along the pores that are connected together to reach the aquifer. Some of the aquifers are recharged very fast and it can take only about an hour, while others take a lot of time to get recharged as water sips through very slowly. It has been seen that it can take hundreds or thousands of years for recharging an aquifer depending on the speed at which the water is sipping down the pores.
