When all forces are unequal happens as below:

According to the first law stated by Newton, an object cannot be disturbed from its state unless an external unbalanced force act on them. If the force acts on the object are equal, then the object will be at rest and it will not be in motion. The object's motion can be possible only if the acting force is an unequal force.

Then also two conditions can occur, one if the unequal forces are acting in the same direction means the object will be moved in that direction. The other situation which can arise is when the unequal forces are given in opposite direction. In this situation, the object will be moving at the direction of maximum force or the net force.
